Here at H&J DECORATING LTD we are a group of diligent employees, willing to listen and complete all jobs to a high standard. We strive to keep our clients happy by delivering a pleasant and clean experience throughout the job. We believe customer satisfaction is key to a healthy long-term relationship between our company and clients.
We began working in this trade as teenagers before acquiring a passion not only for the quality finish, but more so for the positive feedback we received from clients. We have worked on many different sites both residential and commercial and the positive outcome and feedback was always consistent and great to hear. After more than 16 years in combined experience we decided to start our own Company and watch it grow by promising to deliver an efficient, high standard and pleasant experience to all our clients.
We aspire to grow and become one of the most trusted companies in and around London. We offer a Painting and Decorating service and offer small repairs which include carpentry, electrical plaster repairs and some roof repairs.
How we work
At H&J DECORATING LTD we like to work in a combined effort with the thoughts of our clients, we believe together we can accomplish a much more pleasant experience for both parties. It is essential to us that we build a trustful relationship, which will enable us to continue working together in the future.
The first step we take with our new clients is to discuss a suitable date for a meeting to take place for us to start the quotation process.
We then proceed to write out an initial Quotation to then forward for you to accept or comment for any adjustments to be made, we tend to write up Quotations within a week of the meeting.
If we are given the go ahead on the job we discuss a start date, or a deadline in which you wish the job to be completed by. We also discuss a work plan, this is to make sure we run on the agreed schedule at an efficient rate and have a successful Job. Once we have completed the Job, we have a Post Job Meeting to ensure you are one more Satisfied Customer.
We hope you understand that there may be some unforeseen circumstances that may alter the start or finish date. If this is the case, we will make you aware of this as soon as we can to ensure we discuss what the next steps will be.
